2.1 Booking Confirmation
Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message.

2.2 Payments
We accept Square card payments and bank transfers. Payments must be made as stated during booking.

2.3 Client Cancellations

• You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment, subject to availability.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or no‑shows may incur a late cancellation fee or loss of a non refundable deposit.

2.4 Our Cancellations
If we need to cancel due to illness, emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, we will offer a refund or a new appointment time.

All prices are in Australian dollars and may change without notice for future bookings.
A tax invoice is available upon request.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind.
However, your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply if a service is not delivered with due care or skill.

Colour analysis is a professional opinion based on appearance, lighting and colours. Results can vary.
You agree to follow any preparation instructions provided. We may end a session without refund for unsafe, abusive or inappropriate behaviour.

With your consent, we may take photos during your consultation to support your analysis.
Marketing use of photos requires separate written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Any palette summaries, guides or digital resources we provide are for personal, non commercial use only.
You must not copy, resell, publish or share these materials without written permission.

All content we create, including text, graphics, photography, branding and digital documents, is owned by Colour My Canvas.
You may not reproduce or adapt these materials unless permitted in writing.

You must not use our website or online spaces to:

• break the law
• bully, harass, threaten or defame
• upload harmful code
• post spam, promotions or misleading content
• impersonate others

We may remove content or restrict access if necessary for safety or compliance.

If we offer website accounts in the future, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms.

By engaging with us, you consent to receiving documents electronically.
Electronic signatures are accepted for agreements unless otherwise required by law.

We only send marketing messages with your consent.
All marketing emails or SMS will include an unsubscribe option, and we will action unsubscribe requests promptly.

We aim to keep our website available at all times but do not guarantee continuous, error free operation.
Outages, interruptions and maintenance may occur.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• our liability for services is limited to re supplying the service or refunding the cost
• we are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, lost opportunities or data loss
• we are not responsible for third party platform failures, including Square or hosting outages

If we offer gift cards or promotional credits, they will be valid until the date stated at purchase and are not redeemable for cash.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as illness, natural events or technology outages.

These Terms are governed by Queensland law.
You agree to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
